Hi, I’m Maddie Arwood!
First, I’d like to say welcome to my website & I’m so happy you’re here! Now let me tell you a little bit about myself ッ
1. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship at Missouri State University (Go Bears 🐻)
2. I’m attempting to become a “Hobby” Garden Enthusiast (Essentially, I grow a few plants on the deck)
3. I would consider myself a top 10 Chick-Fil-A fan (Frequent Sweet Tea Runs)
4. I worked as the Lead Designer for Thomasville Homes LLC all throughout my college career & deeply enjoyed getting to learn the in’s & out’s of Custom Residential Build & Design.

With all that being said, I truly have a passion for homes. Any part, really: Brainstorming, Design, Floor Plans, Building… the whole S H A - B A N G!
And to be honest, this has been my life-long motivation ever since I can remember. Excitingly, over the last four years, I have been blessed enough to turn this passion into a career.
I have had the pleasure of working with many amazing clients, where we focus on creating a firm foundation for the pre-construction planning, leading to a thought out design suited for their lifestyle, and of course: bucket list items.
Throughout our time together, I strive to create a space that fits you, your family, & your needs, all while checking off the multitude of decisions that a build or remodel require in a smooth process.
Through a custom floor plan, 3D renderings, functional design & creative thinking, I am confident that we can make dreams become reality. Leave the overwhelmed feelings at the door &
